The bookertom platform offers courses and consultancy in reservation management, revenue optimization, cash flow planning, dynamic pricing strategies, and operational efficiency auditing for the professional services sector. Services are provided exclusively in digital format, through the online platform.
Users have the right to access purchased content, participate in scheduled consultancy sessions, and receive related support materials. They undertake not to redistribute, modify, or commercialize the platform's content without the written consent of bookertom.
bookertom undertakes to provide services as described on the platform, maintain user data confidentiality, and provide technical support for content-related inquiries. We perform our services with professional diligence but do not guarantee specific financial results.
bookertom assumes no liability for financial losses, business decisions based on provided recommendations, or service interruptions caused by force majeure. The total liability of bookertom for any claim is limited to the subscription fee paid by the user in the last 12 months.
Payments are made in advance, according to the chosen plan (monthly or annual subscription). Refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase, only if the content has not been accessed. After accessing the first module, the amount is no longer refundable.
bookertom may suspend or terminate user access in case of a serious breach of terms (unauthorized redistribution, fraud, abusive behavior). The user may cancel at any time by notifying in writing at the email address below.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Any changes will be communicated to users at least 30 days before they take effect, via email and by posting on the platform.
